Get spooked with these frighteningly delicious Witch Fingers in Chili! Just 3 ingredients and 20 minutes will get you this easy Halloween dish!
Don’t you just love Halloween? The air is crisp, the leaves change color, and pumpkins start popping up everywhere. And oh yeah, it gives me an excuse to party!
Every Halloween party needs a spooktacular food spread, but I know that when I’m planning a party it’s easy to get overwhelmed with everything. Sometimes I just want to pick up a party platter and call it a day.
But now I know you don’t need to do that! You can create a fun, creative and delicious Halloween spread without spending hours in the kitchen.
Today I’ve used Tyson®, State Fair® and Hillshire Farm® products to help me create fast, easy, fun dishes that will look great on your table. I found all of my ingredients easily at my local Walmart!
These spooky witch fingers are Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage swimming in chili with sliced almond “fingernails.” They’re creepy-cute and down right delicious.
And I used some recipes from Tyson Foods to round out my selection. Check out this Skeleton with Saucy Guts made with Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips!
To make them, put some bbq sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise or other delicious sauce on a platter to create a spine and place a skull at the top. Cook the Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips according to package directions and line them on the platter like ribs.
To make the Mummy Corn Dogs with State Fair® Corn Dogs, cook the corn dogs according to package directions. Halfway through baking, remove them from the oven and wrap each corn dog with sliced cheese and thin strips cut from refrigerated croissant dough. Finish cooking the corn dogs and let cool. Drizzle some “bloody” ketchup over them and use ketchup or mayo to affix a pair of candy eyeballs.
PS- you can add the leftover candy eyeballs to the Witch Fingers in Chili below to make it extra spooky!
Watch as these fly right off your table. My guests absolutely loved them and I bet yours will too!
