Get spooked with these frighteningly delicious Witch Fingers in Chili! Just 3 ingredients and 20 minutes will get you this easy Halloween dish!
4 oz sliced almonds
6 c. chili, canned or homemade
optional: candy eyeballs
Heat the chili in a medium saucepan until hot and bubbly.
While the chili is heating up, prepare the Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages. With a small paring knife, carve the “nail beds” with one vertical cut and one horizontal cut (see photos for reference).
Press a sliced almond into each nail bed, so that the almond stays in place. Make two more slices to create a knuckle.
Stir into the hot chili and let sit 5-10 minutes or until the witch fingers are heated through. Serve warm in fun cauldron bowls or 9 oz clear party cups with appetizer spoons for a grab n go option. Garnish with candy eyeballs (optional).
You can also heat the chili and witch fingers in a slow cooker for an easy, hands off alternative.
