  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 60-100 gummies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tbsp powdered gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup champagne
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

Tools

  • small bowl
  • small saucepan
  • whisk
  • dropper or condiment bottle
  • candy molds

Instructions

  1. Place the water in a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Stir and set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring the champagne to a simmer and stir in the sugar (optional) until it fully dissolves.
  3. Stir in the gelatin and whisk until dissolved. Set aside for 10-15 minutes to cool.
  4. Using a dropper or condiment bottle, fill your molds. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Remove the gummies from the molds and store chilled.

Notes

Taste your champagne before cooking to determine whether or not you want to add sugar.

Place your molds on a sheet pan or flat serving tray that fits easily in your fridge. It will make transferring the molds to the fridge much easier.
