Flavors like garlic, onion and paprika make these awesome roasted seasoned potato wedges. They’re easy to prepare and an instant hit at the table.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil.
  2. Mix the garlic salt, onion powder, salt, paprika and olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and pour the spice and olive oil mixture over them.
  4. Toss to fully coat, then turn them out onto the prepared sheet pan and arrange in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
