- 2 lbs Russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil.
- Mix the garlic salt, onion powder, salt, paprika and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and pour the spice and olive oil mixture over them.
- Toss to fully coat, then turn them out onto the prepared sheet pan and arrange in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
